FAQs
How much does your handyman service cost? Do you offer discounts?
It depends on the project scope, and our clients receive a quote before we finalize the agreement. No extra fees. We also give discounts to repeat clients, Instagram followers, and on any project over $1,000.
What’s the process when hiring you for the first time?
For first-time jobs, I just need two things to get started: Your full address (ZIP code included). A few clear photos of the issue so I know exactly what to expect before arriving.
How did you become a handyman?
I’m Johnny — over 20 years in the trade. I started out doing general contracting work across Europe, then brought that same craftsmanship to the U.S. My crew is hand-picked and trained to handle every project as if it’s their own home.
What types of clients do you work with?
Pretty much everyone — homeowners, landlords, business owners — big budgets, small budgets, it doesn’t matter. What matters is leaving you happy with the results.
Can you share an example of a project you completed?
Sure thing. Recently we finished a 2,500+ square foot commercial space in Williamsburg. We handled everything, including drywall repairs, and had it wrapped up in just one week.
How do I choose the right handyman?
Go with someone you trust and feel comfortable with. Watch how they inspect the job — if they’re rushing or not paying attention, that’s a red flag. And never buy materials without checking with your pro first. You’re spending time and money — make sure both are well used.
What should I ask before hiring a handyman?
1. Do you provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI)? (we - don't) 2. Are there any hidden or additional fees?
Do you have a Certificate of Insurance (COI) requirement for small projects?
Please note that we do not have СOI for small projects.
